Officially Missing You

Dar finally went on his trip to Baguio for his thesis. It was postponed like for the longest time that I wasn't really able to process the fact that I wasn't going to be with him for a week.

And the realization hit me hard. When I came home, after Kuya Jun, Darice and I drove Dar to Yia Hall (where his group and Sir Wally were going to meet), our room suddenly felt odd.

He wasn't going to be in front of the computer.

He wasn't going to be lying next to me while I watch TV.

He wasn't going to be able to give Darice her medicine.

He wasn't going to be next to me while I go to sleep.

Seven days. Seven nights.

I never knew it was going to hit me as hard as it did.
