Aches and Pains

Oh.

My.

God.

My limbs feel like they're going to fall off.

I had to run, not jog (in my opinion), for 12 minutes on the treadmill.

I had to lift weights for biceps, triceps, hamstrings, shoulders, whatever, for 12 freaking reps (for each body part). Then the trainer lightened the load (a bit) for 18 reps. I felt my joints were being ripped apart.

Then the abdominal exercise, wherein I was lying down and had to lift up my slightly bent legs up to a certain point, then bring them down, but not touching the floor. I almost wanted to smack the trainer for pushing me to finish those 3 sets of 15 reps. My stomach and back were crying out for help, and all he can say was, "Last 5, kaya mo pa yan".

The best thing about the routine yesterday was the stretching part. Everything was stretched and pulled and oooh... actually, it felt soooo good. The trainer was so surprised, he actually gave me a compliment, "Uy, flexible ka pala ha." Of course, I took ballet lessons when I was a kid noh!

And then we were finished for the session.

And this morning, when I woke up, I can feel every part of my body complaining and throbbing with pain.

Oh shit.

I still have that Spanish orals later.

P.S. Sobrang natuwa ako sa Fitness First talaga. Even though I'm experiencing a hella lot of pain right now, I am so going back on Friday. Then after the Halloween weekend, I plan to visit every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. And if sipagin ako, sige pati Monday na rin hihihi. Shoot me if I still don't lose weight by next year.
